Typically, I work in the US and Canada. However, I'm amenable and willing to travel to any location.
The best approach is to schedule a meeting to get to know each other. Having a good understanding of your business, vision, and expectations is key.
Then we should focus on the project at hand: scope (and fit with Odoo), timeline, availability, and budget.
Ander is the drive force behind all projects: from project management, to solution design, functional & technical configuration, and training.
There are other team members available for highly specialized topics such as complex data import, SEO, complex developments...etc.
Additionally, Litedoo collaborates with other companies on a case by case basis.
Each project will be quoted separately with a time estimate and a price per hour tag (audits are a great tool to provide better estimations!).
I can also provide a fixed cost based on deliverables on a case by case basis.
Absolutely!
The standard service are Odoo implementations, including customization and/or intergrations with other systems are the most common.
Additionally: audits, migrations, rescues from failed implementations, training, and digital transformation projects with other systems such as BI tools are also available.
The beauty of integrated systems like Odoo is that it can manage very different scopes by intregrating all kinds of apps (PLM, POS, HR, Manufacturing, Field Service, Project...) into the core that nearly all business need: CRM, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Accounting, and E-Commerce / Website.
As a result, I am a technical and functional jack of all trades experienced in nearly all scopes and industries. In addition, I rely on domain specific experts on a case by case basis.
